name of Donald Steven Guthrie, age 38, in a 2003 silver Volkswagen Jetta
bearing Pennsylvania registration HZJ 8078. They may possibly be in the
Jersey Shore area of Lycoming County.
Donald Guthrie is 5’7” tall, weighs 140 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair.
Karley Bletz is 5’1” tall, weighs 140 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde
hair. She has braces on her teeth. She does not have any scars or
tattoos.
