First Forensic drawing of Phyllis Powell, missing child 50 years

Just now completed the first picture ever done to obtain the true image of Phyllis Powell missing child almost 50 years, never had a photo. Diana Trepkov a forensic artist was flown in by CUE Center to spend this weekend with CUE members and the family to create this work of art. Thanks to all who helped make this happen and now we can move forward towards a resolution!
