New Port Richey, Florida
New images released of John Doe murdered in 1989 Pasco cold case homicide
"One tattoo, found on the man's biceps was of a rebel flag and a
swastika, a cross, and a skull and flames. At the bottom of that tattoo
are the letters "HFD." There was another tattoo on the forearm depicting
a dragon and a nude woman.
Additionally, a pair of work pants worn by the unidentified man had the
name Randy inscribed on an inside tag. Boyer said the man's name could
be Randy or the pants may have been purchased second-hand from someone
by that name.
Evidence also showed the man, who had long, auburn-colored hair, was found with a pair of Givenchy reading glasses."
