Authorities tell Today's THV that Trammell's grandfather was watching him and thought the boy was asleep on the couch. Then an hour later he wasn't there.
He was last seen wearing only white underwear.
He is 3'0" and 29 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. If you see him call 911.
