Missing Man - New Haven, Connecticut

Billy Smolinski - White – Age 31 (2004)
Missing since August 24, 2004, in New Haven County, Connecticut
Endangered Missing
Age in 2011: 38

Full Name: William Paul Smolinski, Jr.

5'11"-6'0"; 200 lbs.
Light brown hair, in a crew cut; blue eyes.

Billy has a blue "cross" tattoo with an orange outline on his left shoulder; a tattoo of a blue "cross" with the name "Pruitt" in the cross on his right forearm. His left ear is pierced and he wears a small diamond earring in it.

He was possibly wearing blue jeans (size 36 x 32); a blue denim shirt (large or extra large); work boots (size 10 ½); he also wears a rope style gold chain necklace with a gold "cross" pendant, along with a small diamond stud earring in his left ear.

Billy was last known to be at home in Waterbury, Connecticut on August 24, 2004 when his family discovered receipts in the trash showing that Billy placed a 2:59 p.m. order for a Whopper, cheeseburger, medium fries and Coke. About a half-hour after the Burger King order, Billy knocked on a neighbor's door. He said he was going up north for three days - maybe to see about a car. He asked if the neighbor could look after his dog. That was the last time it is known that Billy was seen. He left behind his keys, wallet and white pickup truck. He left untouched his bank account. He left his beloved German Sheppard unattended. Foul play is suspected.
